  1. In 1997 I was smoking crack 24/7, did that for 4 or 5 months. My heartbeat went in arrhythmia on a couple of occasion, I felt that I was going die if I didn't stop.
One day I stopped cold turkey, but I smoked pot every time I got craving, it made getting off crack quite easy.

  2. REPEAL LAWS AND DECRIMINALIZE WHOLE PLANT THC/CBD--Not for FDA approved Synthetic THC/CBD produced in a laboratory—End prohition for Whole Plant THC/CBD-Not only CBD—FDA-AMA etc. are Glorified Drug Dealers for Big Pharma—-FDA legally prescribed opioids are pharmaceutical grade HEROIN produced in a laboratory—-FDA legally prescribed SYNTHETIC THC/CBD produced in a laboratory vs. Whole Plant THC/CBD—FDA legally prescribed kiddie cocaine/crystal meth such as Adderall/Ritalin etc.—-FDA legally prescribed antidepressants/antipsychotics can and do cause suicidal/homicidal tendencies—Legalization for Cannabis/Hemp is for the corrupt FDA-AMA-BIG-PHARMA !!!!!

  3. For pain relief, take every 4 hours as needed:
500 mg. of organic vitamin C
100 mg. of Niacin, the flushing kind
    One baby aspirin.

And coffee enemas work really well. Especially for headaches. (Gerson therapy is very good for migraines).

Fresh pressed organic vegetable juices, multiple times per day. (Not as a smoothie.)
Dessicated Raw liver capsules, one tablespoon of flax oil per day.

Or try the Budwig diet. (A crucial part of it is Flax oil blended well with cottage cheese.). Avoid trans fats. Avoid Hydrogenated fats.

For back pain, use traction. Or pull ups.

For sprains, bruises, swelling apply Arnica gel twice a day.

    Take Niacin for depression.
    Take magnesium for anxiety.
    Take B6 for focus.

    For neuralgia, take methyl B12.

For leg cramps, take an Epsom Salts bath. It also helps with insomnia.

For SAD syndrome, and for vitamin D, get 30 minutes of direct sunlight on your skin daily, don't wash it off for several hours. (It forms on the skin.). It has to have the UV light, so around 11:00 am, or 2:00 pm.

For inflammation, Earthing, or grounding. Ground your body just like you would any other electrical equipment. It propagates through your body at about a foot per every 20 minutes.

Do an elimination diet to discover what your body has become sensitized to.

Switch to all organic foods to avoid legal but often toxic additives and contaminants to your foods that can cause inflammation.
(Grow and prepare some if your own food.).

For ADD avoid yellow dye number 5.

    "Feeling is healing."
Pain is usually the evidence of activation of the immune system, causing inflammation. Be glad you can feel pain, it tells you information about what is happening so you can do something about it. Cancer is not painful, and so it can exist a long time before you know about it. Until it grows into something and pushes against it.

Pain is motivation to find out what is causing the pain and stop doing it. So your body doesn't have constant inflammation.

If you kill the pain, and not the CAUSE of the pain, you are only getting sicker, and sicker, and are not aware of it.

Don't pay someone to tell you, they don't know why you are sick, but here's a pill I will sell you so you don't notice your illness as much.

  4. I use it to sleep so only late at night. An interesting side effect was not having any desire to drink alcohol much anymore. Cannabis gives you a "happy hour" buzz without the side effects of carcinogenic alcohol and makes you sleep 100% better. No risk of making your breathing so shallow you actually die like with opioids. A win in every category.

  5. Smoking that MJ stagnant your mental development, a lot of people that follow this guy are fiends, it’s ok to take drugs so long as I’m vegan

  6. Medical marijuana…so is that the same marijuana that gets you high?

Seriously though: smoke pot if you like, I don't give a fuck. But don't pretend you're doing it for some medical reason, and don't claim that you're sober and you're not a practicing drug addict.
Maybe some 80 year old grandma with terminal cancer could legitimately claim to be using marijuana for a medical purpose; 95%+ of the pot smoking population can't, and are just bullshitting everybody.

  8. Monsanto is getting ready to GMO marijuana. DAMN, they have to control EVERYTHING and spray it with chemicals and kill us all. They dont want us to use Marijuiana YET until they are able to get a hold of it and control it. They have to make money off of EVERYTHING.

  9. i'm glad nutritionFacts.org start supporting the use of medical weed back in the days he was comparing 1 joint to smoking a 1 pack of cigarettes hahahaha lol. i'm glad if i just could like this video several times

  10. I’m not a fan of recreational cannabis use. But for medicinal purposes why not. But to have the science and the financial interests laid out so clearly it’s quite shocking the level of corruption there is in this world. 😒🌶🌶

  11. Since it is a potent appetite stimulate (with is great for some people) it’s not something I can use since I have fibromyalgia & can’t get enough exercise to counteract this food intake

  12. Currently suffering from chronic pain from endometriosis doctors prescribe me meds that make it even harder to work, my pains still there I’m more nauseous than I’ve ever been and my chronic fatigue is even worse. I hate to think what it’s doing to me long term, I’m only 20. Now I live in a non legal country but if I can get my hands on some mj the pain almost completely disappears which has never happened with any pills, i can eat without feeling sick and actually get hungry it’s awesome. Now it’s obviously not ideal to smoke all the time health wise and I can’t exactly go to work stoned. It’s risky to buy & I don’t know where it’s coming from/what it could contain. I’m trying to get my hands of some cbd but not having any luck. I hope we can fight enough that the next generation doesn’t have this problem but at the moment I’m just losing my youth & living in pain.

  13. Great vid dr gregor. It helped me alot dealing with a chronic autoimmune condition. Also eating a vegan diet my symptoms improved by about 8o%. Reduced my meds from once everyday to once every 10 days. 😁

  14. Ironically, the US Government holds 2 patents on future uses of Cannabis for neuroprotective drugs and anti-oxidants. That means that at least one branch of the government knows that there ARE benefits to Cannabis. I have had tremendous results from medical Cannabis that I never achieved with opiates.

  15. Drugs don't make seeds. Herbs do. You can make a drug from an herb, but you can't make an herb from a drug. Drugs and herbs are not the same thing. "Laws" against herbs are anti-Constitutional, a violation of the First Amendment, because our freedom to farm "every herb bearing seed" is the first test of religious freedom.

  16. THANK YOU Dr. Michael Greger for adding a rational voice to the discussion of marijuana legalization! Dr. Michael Greger, I would guess that you do not necessarily advocate marijuana use but would absolutely be opposed to people being put in prison for life for a third time marijuana possession conviction.

  17. My friend is currently finding relief from his backache from pot, especially a heavier pot like indica. Of course it's the drug companies that want this illegal. Profits over people every time. Thank you for this video.

  18. I have seen people completely lose their personalities due to recreational marijuana use. Of course, this is just my subjective opinion. I’m also concerned about what I see as a growing trend of people “numbing” themselves, with all kinds of things, not just weed. Politically, I support the decriminalization of all drugs. I also don’t think medical marijuana is a bad thing. But I do think that viewing marijuana as harmless could be dangerous.

  19. Link this video and send to your state senators. Legalize, tax it, grow it organically, its a win win, plus I hate having to buy from "my guy" all the time, he is starting to creep me out.
