  1. I used to vape but then decided to start back up with cannabis since it's legal in Illinois. Its sooo much better than vaping and cigarettes you aren't addicted to it lol

  2. I officially quit the smokes too, I got the aegis x, and I'm so pleased with it, and I have no desire to smoke a cigarette anymore, I am enjoying this far more with the holy cannoli lemon custard. Oh well looks like phillip Morris lost another one! And I'm saving about $50 a week not buying smokes.

  3. Keep it up Kelly, you can do it! here's my $0.02 on it – I''m a bit of a geek so the switch to vaping was easier than others because all the vape hardware & accessories really keeps me all charged up so keep checking out all those reviews and sites if you are one too. For the non geeks,, the only other tip I have is to create & maintain a countdown calendar of some sorts in a prominent area where you spend a lot fo time. It keeps one mentally bought in to the concept of updating it. Also, each glance at it keeps the motivation level up. I'm a whiteboard person, so during the initial days I had a 24-48-72 hour kind of a countdown on display on my whiteboard (it could be the fridge magento post it note for you). My countdown chart/doodle has now morphed into a quarter, half year-full year challenge – so I keep marking the number of months now.

  4. Good vid as always man. keep going with the videos, you have an awesome content regardless the vapes or not. Love your history videos man. Keep it UP! Good luck there and P.S everyone, Stay away from the icky sticks! m/

  5. Been vaping on and off for 8 years.. been smoking cigarettes for 13 years. Today is 14 days without a cigarette, the caliburn is what really has been helping me.

  6. Vaping definitely saved me from a life of smoking,I'm 35 and stopped smoking November 17 2017,and I was a smoker from the age 11 and attempted so many times to stop smoking but once I finally found that perfect vape setup and juice I never looked back,I can't say I've saved money because I love vaping so much I find myself buying all the new mods and tanks/rda/rtas on the shelf lol but I don't smoke cigs and don't even crave them anymore..so I definitely feel healthier and can breath better and love my vape..๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ˜€

  7. Congrats on quitting! I smoked for over 30 years an switched to vape in 2014. Haven't looked back. If you get a strong craving have more than 3 or 4 hits. Just sit down and chain vape for a few minutes and that nic will end up hitting you so hard that you definitely won't want a cig! I would take around 10 or 15 vapes of 24mg nic in a row and after that a cigarette was the last thing on my mind. Definitely stick with the high nic at first. If you take the level down too fast then you may have stronger cravings. Don't be afraid of high nic juice. The problem only start when you're not getting enough nic. Stick with high nic for now, there'll be plenty of time to work that down once you're completely free from the stinkies!

  8. Been smoke free since May 2016, I've had a few cigs since then but I have never wanted to go back full on. You gotta find your perfect nic level in my opinion. Also something that helps me is when you're in a place where you cant vape(work, school, etc) for a long period of time or you dont have yours with u, chewing gum helps me curve my cravings until i can vape again. I cant hardly stand to even be in a room with someone who smokes because it smells so bad and im like 'did i smell that bad??' Great job to everyone who is quitting smoking or has quit all together! You are awesome and keep it up.

  10. Bro, lol, don't disrespect your viewers. Seriously, for me personally, it's not that half cigarette( haven't had a whole one in 6yrs, usually smoke half when mega stressed or a buddy wants me to puff with for old times sake) that gets me to start smoking again, it would probably start once I smoke more than two cigarettes because in my opinion, that's when your mind and body senses something is missing when you stop smoking. So that is when the addiction starts. So Kelly…if you need to smoke, really really need to smoke…smoke half…but heres the catch…you need to stay off them icky sticks for about 6 months first lol

  11. Keep Chuckin along Kelly ๐Ÿ˜ฎ๐Ÿ’จ you can do it ! Find your ADV & it will be easy. Love your videos ๐Ÿค˜๐Ÿ˜ƒ Been cigarette free since I found Indoor Smokers 6 years ago. Thank you brother ๐Ÿ™ Sincerely- Jason from Eugene Oregon

  12. I've been vaping on and off for the past 4 years. I fell off the band wagon about a year ago but recently stopped and picked up vaping again. The hardest part for me is how easy it is to smoke. All you need is a pack and a lighter. With vaping you need the battery/mod, tank, coil, juice etc. I love vaping and I love how much better I feel after vaping for a while. That and cigarettes taste like garbage after chucking tasty clouds for a long period of time. I hope to stay off of icky sticks for good this time but cigarettes are to easy to go back to, plus cigarettes don't leak. If you keep it up so will I, one day at a time.

  13. I quit cold about 16 years ago, the trick for me was I had to tell myself everyday that I didnโ€™t need a cig, Iโ€™m so glad you found something that works for you, keep it up you can do it!!!

  14. They add amonia which enhances the nicotine hit and makes them more addictive. Also a chemical related to antidepressant medication for a mood lifting effect.

  15. We in Australia are now fighting to keep it legal to buy nicotine our government is trying to stop us. Vape help me and it was your show that helped me quitting the cigs.

  16. I've been vaping since mid 2008 and have always loved and still love mouth to lung vaping. For me the uwell Yearn has the best draw and fires so quickly and now the pods are refillable! I wish I had it back in 2008 cause I would have stopped smoking immediately instead of still smoking a cig or two for a couple months. I love the Yearn! By far my favorite refillable draw activated mouth to lung vape! Like Grimm said " it's too good!"
Oh and I do smoke cigars, not gas station cigars but the good hand rolled premium cigars and pipe tobacco but I may smoke on bowl or one cigar a week on the weekends. Of course i don't inhale those, I guess I just enjoy the natural tobacco flavor. I guess that's why I tend to prefer tobacco flavor ejuice the most.

  17. While a lot of people may very well disagree with me on this but unfortunately one thing that vaping won't be able to replace is what is allowed in cigarettes- MAOIs. MAOIs are an antidepressant class. Kelly- try asking your medical provider about starting on a low dose of an antidepressant to support you in your quitting journey from traditional cigarettes as it may allow you to be successful in quitting the "icky sticks" once and for all along with vaping to get your fix of nicotine.

  18. Well Done Kelly ๐Ÿ™‚

Chris should have already clued you in on what Iโ€™m about to say so my advice is aimed more at those reading the comments who are thinking of making the switch to vaping,

It seems the Mig 21 Kit is a very popular first device choice over there (although I havenโ€™t seen them for sale over here in the UK) however I would strongly advise against buying a Mig 21 Kit, instead Iโ€™d advise buying 2x Mig 21 Kits because when the battery gives out and needs recharging (taking 2 hours give or take to fully recharge) that is the time when you could cecum to popping off to the corner shop (corner store) to buy a pack of smokes.

So having that second kit means you can take out the battery to put your current tank onto and continue vaping while the first is recharging, you will also have a spare tank ready to go for when the coil in the first gives out (plus a spare charger just in case) I would also advise getting a dedicated USB charger mains adapter plug (phone charger ones are too powerful and can fry the charging circuits of e-cig chargers)

Lastly when it come to the e-liquid (juice) that will take a while to find your perfect one, but once you have found a satisfying nicotine strength and the flavour (flavor) you like best, always have at least one fresh unopened bottle in reserve at all times because these bottles always seem to run out late on Sunday evening when all of the stores are closed.

The key to successfully making the transition from smoking to vaping (after having the will to do so) is to always have a vaping back-up plan ready to go at a moments notice, that way with the will power you can kick the smokes to the kerb for good.

  19. Our weather has sucked lately, I live in Lebanon TN. We still have our house, but my wife's work was destroyed. I had just picked her up 15 minutes before it hit.
